rediscovering eden
Who am I, that the Lord of all the earth
Would care to know my name
Would care to feel my hurt
Who am I, that the bright and morning Star
Would choose to light the way
For my ever wandering heart
Not because of who I am
But because of what You've done
Not because of what I've done
But because of who You are
I am a flower quickly fading
Here today and gone tomorrow
A wave tossed in the ocean
A vapor in the wind
Still You hear me when I'm calling
Lord, You catch me when I'm falling
And You've told me who I am
I am Yours, I am Yours
Who Am I, that the eyes that see my sin
Would look on me with love
and watch me rise again
Who Am I, that the voice that calmed the sea
Would call out through the rain
And calm the storm in me
whom shall i fear
whom shall i fear
i am yours

Beautiful shot at lakeside (taken in the mrt, but of coz with some photo finishings added on.. heh)And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the likeness of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.
And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.
Romans 8: 28-30

Today managed to spend some

time alone with my Father at my secret place and getting refreshed from the word of God. It was amazing. How the word of God impacts you. Thank you Lord Jesus for renewing my spirit. It is such times that makes the walk so worth it even though you go through trials after trials. People sometimes think that this relationship could be left alone and it would grow. But just like any other relationship in the world, it too requires effort and trust. In other words working our faith out and I'm still working on it.
And so the rest of the day ended up with consolidating data for my Intro to Computing project, refreshing my email page to see if Prof Quah or a potential interviewee replied and dinner at Ying's place. I guess this holiday wasnt

that well spend in terms of academic. I havent been able to catch up on my readings but the one thing that i truly appreciate this term break was that i managed to spend quality time with friends and family. I'm glad i did house visitations together with the Charms yesterday and dinner at Ying's today. Because we havent been spending enough time together given our hectic schedules, it made such times even memorable. Thank you Charms for being who you are and making the experience so wonderful.
